14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of the original transaction date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@kittracker.app with your account email address and the date of purchase. We aim to process all refund requests within one business day.

After 14 days

Refunds are not available for requests made more than 14 days after the original transaction date. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
