1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KitTracker ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without our written permission
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@kittracker.app if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select (30-day or annual). All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. You authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Nathan John Consulting (trading as KitTracker) and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nathan John Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
